Niamh obtained a Law degree from UCC in 2011. She joined the firm in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Jane obtained a Law degree from UCC in 1997 and joined Edward Carey in practice in 2000.

She specialises in:

• Residential and Commercial Conveyancing
• Wills & Probate

Neil obtained a BCL in UCC in 1976 and qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He joined our firm in 2018. Neil practiced as a sole practitioner for over 17 years. Neil has worked in all areas of practice including litigation, family law, company law and conveyancing (both commercial and residential). He has extensive experience in acting for developers and in advising farmers in relation to property, succession matters and financial agreements.

Ed Carey obtained a Law Degree from University College Cork in 1992 and set up Edward B Carey & Co., Solicitors in 1999. He specialises in:

• Commercial & Property Law for SMEs
• Landlord/Tenant agreements etc
• Family Law/Divorce/Separation

 

Dan Murphy obtained a Law Degree from University College Cork in 1990.

 

He specialises in:

• Personal Injury
• Litigation
• Medical Negligence Litigation,
• Garda Compensation Claims with representation in all Court Tribunals.

He is a member of the Garda Representative Association (GRA) Panel of Solicitors.
